Sales tax (VAT)

Because of the small business owner state in Germany according to § 19 UStG the seller charges no sales tax (VAT), and therefore do not show it.

Selling and shipping information

We sell and ship to European Union (EU) countries only. Shipping is free of charge.

 

Return policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day return right.

You have the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen days of the receipt of the jewelry by you or a third party named by you. To exercise your return right you must within the aforementioned fourteen days inform us by mail (to takakotogo@gmail.com) about your decision to cancel the purchase.

We will return the payments for the jewelry once we have received the jewelry including the original packaging in the same new and unused condition as it was received by you. You will bear the direct costs of returning the jewelry.

 

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer: Our bank account details will be informed upon ordering.

PayPal: You need to be registered at PayPal (can be done quickly) to use this payment method. When you have ordered the jewelry, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically after the jewelry has been dispatched. You’ll receive more information during the ordering process.

 

Warranty

The warranty period is 2 years for unforced damages when the jewelry is used as intended. Damages as a result of excessive force being applied to the jewelry (worn or unworn) is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear as well as wrong storage of the jewelry are also not covered by the warranty. Shipping costs relating to warranty repairs should be covered by the customer.
